Enency Mbatha is the core founder and manages Field Focus Research. She acquired 45 years of research experience since 1979, in data sampling, fieldwork, selection and training of interviewers, data integrity checking questionnaire design and project management and detailed report writing. She has been involved in Market Research, Social-Economic, Educational and Political Studies both Qualitative and Quantitative Research, updating database and to a great extent has established full researching teams in all the nine (9) provinces; both rural and urban areas.
